STARTING TIMES
48-Hour Pre-Booking:
A slip (similar to weekend play) may be presented to the Pro Shop 48 hours in advance of requested time.
STARTING TIMES WILL BE ASSIGNED TO SLIPS RECEIVED AS AT 4:00 P.M. SLIPS RECEIVED AFTER 4:00 P.M. WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING DAY.
N.B. After the 48 hour pre-booking period, members may call the starter to determine if any startings are available; after 7:30 AM. between Victoria Day and Labour Day, otherwise, after 8:00 AM.
MEMBERS ARE ASKED TO SUBMIT ALL NAMES OF PLAYERS (INCLUDING GUESTS).
Weekends & Holiday Starting Times:
In order to obtain starting times for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, it is necessary to make reservations as follows:
Reservation Slip:
A slip containing at least three names with the phone number of one member is deposited at the Pro Shop. (Please note that a three-name slip may be completed by the starter or the Pro Shop.)
Reservation Deadline:
The slip must be deposited at a reasonable time prior to the day the member wishes to play, as follows:
Saturday Time:
A Saturday time requires that the slip be deposited anytime from noon on the Saturday immediately preceding, to 10 AM on the Thursday immediately preceding.
Sunday Time:
A Sunday time requires that the slip be deposited anytime from noon on the Sunday immediately preceding to 10 AM on the Friday immediately preceding.
Holiday Times:
Holidays follow the Saturday system.
Notification by Starter:
The member requesting the time will be notified by the Starter of the time he has drawn.
It is that member's responsibility to advise the other members in his foursome.
Multiple Slips:
Those who deposit more than one slip will automatically be put at the end of the field.
Waiving of Restrictions:
The Starter at his discretion may waive playing time restrictions during unusually slow periods of play.
Cancellation of Starting Times:
Members are urged to notify the Starter as soon as possible should they be unable to use the time they had reserved.
