GENERAL CLUBHOUSE RULES
Conduct of Members:
If a member's conduct tends to endanger the good order, character or interest of the Club, the Board of Directors may summon the member to appear before them, to explain his or her conduct. Failing a satisfactory explanation the Board may suspend, expel or impose such sanction as provided by the Club by-laws.
Payment of House Accounts:
Members shall pay their house accounts when presented and such bills shall be considered overdue on the last day of the month following that in which they were incurred. If any member fails to pay the entrance fee due on his or her election or transfer or any instalment thereof, or fails to pay his or her annual dues by the prescribed dates or fails to pay his or her house account, such member's name may then be posted in the Club House or circulated by mail to the membership at large. If such failure continues for a further period of 15 days such member shall, upon adoption by the Board of a resolution to that effect, cease to be a member of the Club.
Transactions with Members:
All Club transactions other than at the Pro Shop must be made by chit duly signed by a member in good standing along with the member's account number. No cash shall be paid to a staff member for transactions in the normal course of Club business.
Fees and Gratuities:
Members shall not give any fee or gratuity to Club employees.
